When we got the call to develop the identity for a new South Florida mortgage provider we knew we had to bring our A game to the field. After our research we found the industry is full of hard to understand numbers, interest rates and acronyms no one knows what they mean. Shortly after found a gap for radically human companies in real estate and our goal was quite obvious. To make Crate Mortgage radically human while keeping qualities of the modern company it is, a true helping hand, and so we came up with the tag line “Big Banks see numbers. We see people.”
